Group Training

All of our group training classes will challenge your limits, make you sweat and take your fitness to the next level. Workout with like-minded individuals who will encourage, support and challenge you, and have fun while doing it! 

Strength & Conditioning

  • Up to 15 people per 60-minute class
  • Workouts incorporate elements from HIIT, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, gymnastics, calisthenics, and other exercises.
  • Fun, energetic class to get you moving
  • Test your strength, cardiovascular level, balance, agility, quickness and mental toughness

Boxing Conditioning

  • Up to 12 people per 60-minute class
  • Increase muscular strength, cadet endurance and confidence while learning basic boxing skills and techniques- the perfect class to lose fat and get lean. 
  • Class includes a dynamic warmup, shadow boxing, bag work, partner drills and core strengthening exercises.

Boxing Strength & Conditioning

  • Up to 12 people per 60-minute class
  • In the first half of class, put your boxing skills to the test. Learn and throw a wide range of combinations. 
  • In the second half of class, we will work on your strength and conditioning by incorporating TRX, kettle bells, battle ropes, sleds, hurdles, gymnastic rings, and other equipment. 

Semi-Private Training

3-5 people per 50-minute training session

Train with others for a more fun and competitive environment! Choose one session weekly as a starter workout to motivate you and keep you accountable or make it 2-3 times a week to achieve your goals faster. You can also mix and match with other services. Semi-Private training is a more affordable option without sacrificing the attentiveness of your trainer. Groups can be assigned after initial session based on goals and availability or can come in pre-formed. Training program tailored to group’s needs and wants. 

Got a group interested in boxing? Olympic style amateur boxing available for semi-private training as well.

Private Training

One-on-one 50-minute training sessions

Private Training programs are tailored to each persons’ needs and wants. Choose one session weekly as a starter workout to motivate you and keep you accountable or make it 2-3 times a week to achieve your goals faster. You can also mix and match with other services. 

Interested in boxing? We can focus on Olympic style amateur boxing. 

  • Learn the basics of boxing from boxing stance and footwork to punches and blocks
  • Learn how to shadow box
  • Work on combinations and counter punching
  • Advanced boxing skills for those with more experience

With any of our training, XP360 athletes will receive the following:

Quarterly Fitness Assessments
Includes body measurements and body fat testing, fitness testing, weigh-ins, and progress pictures.

SMART Goal Setting
Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time-Sensitive

Nutrition Guidance
We will help you find your daily caloric intake and break it down into the right amount of macronutrients (carbs, protein, fats) to help you achieve your goals. We will have suggestions for your breakfast, lunch, and dinner and will do everyone we can to make sure that you are on the right path.
